Aubrey I enjoyed both your topic and post. However I do want to say, you essay gave an amazing view point as if eating disorders are more of a “mental” disorder such as something that hereditary, an example would be ADHD. But the one thing I felt like you grazed was that it’s not always a mental disorder but more of a perspective on society. People wanting to fit in, be considered in a certain group, or just bullied. But I do agree that it can be a mental disorder, and something like this I don’t believe needs medicine, but instead needs more self-confidence and belief that you are perfect even with imperfections.
